Daily Skin Care Regime!! and my cat

Song of the day: Electric Shock- F(x)

A few months back when I did my survey post, somebody requested that I wrote about my skincare regime so here we go!

In the last few months, I have become absolutely paranoid about wrinkles ever since I noticed that I'm starting to get fine lines around my mouth which aren't even noticeable to people so I've been going a bit mad trying to combat premature aging. I know I'm only 20 but I want to look young forver plz.

People can start developing fine lines as early as their teens; environmental factors such as bad diet, dehydration, too much alcohol consumption, unprotected sun exposure, lack of sleep and pulling of the skin can contribute to premature aging, but luckily you can control these and a good skin care regime can not only control aging, it can also help with the quality of your skin.

I have a day-time and a night time regime.
Excuse the dirty eye roll-on, it's covered in bronzer.
From left to right: Biore Marshmellow Whip cleansing foam, Simple 12 hour moisturizer, Simple revitalising roll-on, Boots Glycerine Moisturiser and toner, Simple Soothing facial toner.

1.
As soon as I wake up, I use the Simple eye roll on. I have nasty dark eye bags in the mornings and applying something cooling to the skin causes the blood vessels to contact which means your bags become less noticeable.

2.
Next I use the Simple Toner to remove any makeup that I may not have properly removed from the night before. I also just bought Glycerin and Rosewater toner

3.
After that I use the Biore Cleansing foam to wash off the Simple Toner residue and gets rid of any grease of my face because I sweat like a beast at night. The cleansing foam also has some kind of light-reflecting property i.e. the foam's a bit glittery

4.
Lastly I use the Simple moisturizer. I do the manly thing and squeeze some in my hands, swirl it about a bit and slap it on my face like aftershave. It means you don't pull on the skin and it promotes collagen production or something like that

Sleeping with makeup on can also cause premature aging as well as not allowing your skin to breathe and giving you poopy skin, so it needs to be removed properly.
Crud, I forgot my makeup wipes.
From left to right: L'oreal perfect clean exfoliating scrub, Olay eye makeup remover, Garnier Deep Pore wash, Montage Jeunesse face masks, Sephora exfoliating brush

1.
I use whatever makeup wipes my mum has bought me to remove the majority of makeup ( I'm using Primark ones at the moment, DO NOT USE THEM. they're 50p for a reason)

2.
To get off the rest of my eye makeup I use the Olay makeup remover which Lizzie recommended. It's weird because you rub a bit on your fingers, wipe your eyes with it and then use cotton wool to remove the residue. It's good if you stick a bit of it on the end of a q-tip.

3.
A couple of times a month I use the Montage Jeunesse face packs to clear my pores (they smell like chocolate... don't try to eat it)

4.
I switch between the L'oreal facial scrub and the Garnier one. Usually I use the L'oreal one which comes with a cute little face buffer because the exfoliation granules(? ) are quite fine but if my skin feels rough and gross I use the Garnier one because it's more coarse.

5. If I've passed out with my makeup on and my face feels super gross, I use my Sephora face brush. It gets rid of dead skin and stimulates blood and collagen to the skins surface.

And here are a few things that I don't use very often.
Soltan face suncream factor 50, Johnstons baby lotion, Aloe Pura pure aloe vera gel,
Soltan Face cream which you can wear under makeup. I literally bought this today so I have yet to try it out. Johnson's baby lotion I use for all-over-body use when I can actually be bothered and pure Aloe Vera which I use for dry patches on my face.

So there we go, my skin care. Do any of you have a skin care regime? If so what? And what products do you recommend?

Also, here's a video of my cat, Chi, because why not. She's a British Blue cat or a sort and she's 5 years old. She's basically me in cat form, but way cuter.
"GUHUUUUUH" That's my hideous laughter at the end

Good Night~

    1. It's a really good roller, the gel is really smooth. Ice-cubes or spoons put in the freezer work just as well for eyebags mind,

    1. It was kind of pricey, it was over 1000 yen in Donki, i don't think it works any better than another cleanser but it was foamy and that made it awesome

  7. Your regime is sooooo good. I used to be this dedicated as well but I've gotten lazy. I need to get my stuff together because I so do not want anything to do with premature aging.
