me being a poser and flower contact review

So a few days ago I received a new pair of lenses to review from my lovely lenses sponsor Muku Chu~

Here's what she sent me!

A pair of violent coloured lenses from the Flower series

Let's have a little look at them in their container. The one on the left is the reverse side and the one on the right is the right way round. it's a pretty colour right?

If you look closely you'll noticed that the pretty coloured ring is actually flower petals! I admit I was a bit scared when I first saw these. I generally don't like purple contact lenseas I'm not a fan of super fake looking lenses and the fact that these also looked like flowers kind of terrified me but on putting them in my opinion did change.

I did get a little bit scared when I first saw these because I thought my eyes would literally look like flowers but on putting them in, they actually blend in pretty well!

Here's some poser pictures of me wearing them.

Unfortunately my web cam has issues with being true to the actual lighting in my bedroom so I took a shitty picture with my Iphone. As you can see they're pretty vibrant in colour despite the low light.

I think it's quite important to note that your natural eye colour does effect the contact lens outcome one it's in your eye. I have medium brown eyes so the effect is going to be a lot different to how it may look on someone with lighter eyes.
Because of my eye colour, the fact that the lenses look like flowers once they're in my eyes doesn't really show at all. It blends in pretty nicely and the over-all effect is a someone glittery violet.

I think purple lenses are quite hard to co-ordinate with makeup, I think they look a bit strange with the bright pink blushers that are popular with gals but I really like how they look with orange blush ( like the one Candy Doll has). I thought, hell, lets go all out colour so I wore emerald green and gold eyeshadow and I think the colours work rather nicely together!

HOLY SHET LENSES RADIATE BLUE LIGHT

Muku chu also has them in these colours too¬

Appearance: 4/5
Enlargement: 3/5 They have a 14mm diameter but there's not that. much enlargement at all, they're pretty natural in size but I think that's the nice thing about them
Comfort: 4/5 I could feel them in my eyes but it wasn't uncomfortable at all. I kept them in for 10 hours on Tuesday but they didn't increase in discomfort the longer I wore them which is great! My vision didn't go blurry either

They're avaliable for $25 on Muku Chu, which works out at basically £14, which is amazing!
